**Important Information – Please Read**

Please note, over the next couple of months National Highways are undergoing resurfacing work on the M57 between junctions 1 and 2 which may affect your journey. Further information, latest updates and diversion routes can found here.

You are booking for your ARRIVAL time, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your time-slot.

High Winds - During periods of high winds access to the baboon and lion enclosure may be restricted for your safety.

We want your visit with us to be really enjoyable, but above all, as safe as possible. That's why we are continuing with many of our Covid-19 safety measures.

If you're experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, however mild, for everyone's benefit, please stay home and only visit us when you're feeling better

We are continuing with limiting numbers and staggering arrival times to keep the experience as safe as possible for our guests and staff.

Please note access to our giraffe house and viewing platform will remain closed at this time.

Refunds are not available for online tickets; tickets may be transferred to an alternate date in the same price bracket up to 24 hours before your visit. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please visit our website for details about carers, concessions and our accessibility statement.

Opening Times

We are open everyday, from 10am to 6pm and the last entry onto the Safari Drive is 4pm. Please do not attempt to enter the drive after 4pm as you will be refused entry so allow plenty of time in your day to do everything.

Amusement rides are running every day from 11am to 6pm on weekends and school holidays and 12pm to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Not all rides will be running Monday to Friday. Tokens cost £1.00 and Wristbands cost £10.00 for unlimited rides

Pricing: All our animals have access to shelter and later in the day it should be expected that some of the animals will return to their houses so may not be visible. The lions, giraffe and rhinos may not be free roaming  or visible after 4.00pm and our reduced prices in the afternoon reflect that, so please plan your day accordingly and book an early arrival time to make the most of your day.

Carers Concession - to qualify for our carers discount you must be in receipt of one of the following UK benefits, PIP, carers allowance, DLA or attendance allowance and you must bring proof of status with you on the day. The carer (who is in receipt of the payment) will qualify for free admission with a full paying cared for person. This is available on a one to one basis only. Carer benefit is not transferrable. Please note we do not offer a general discount for disabled visitors.

Please note

You enter the park at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to your vehicle by our animals.

Do not attempt to feed the animals they are on specific diets and feeding the animals may be harmful. Visitors breaking this rule will be asked to leave the park and no refund will be given.

Our animals are wild and have access to shelter and we cannot guarantee which animals will be visible at the time and location you are on the Safari Drive or Foot Safari during your visit. You can go round as many times as your like before last entry time.

Please wear your seatbelt, do not sit children on knees and stay within the speed limit.

Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Cars with soft tops or vinyl sunshine roofs are not permitted to drive through the Lion or Baboon enclosures. Convertibles must keep the roof closed for the entire safari drive, open top vehicles not permitted. Also, vehicles with PVC skylights will have to take the car friendly route.

Vehicles with cracked windscreens are not permitted in the baboon and lion enclosure.

We regret that dogs are not permitted except for assistance dogs where restrictions to certain areas apply. Dogs are not allowed on the Safari Drive under any circumstances.
